In The Salvation Army, our congregation members are known as Soldiers. We believe that Christian faith is about relationships - our relationship with God and our relationships with each other. Becoming a member of a church is a way that we identify others who have committed themselves to living as a follower of Jesus. It is a way of saying, "This is who I am and this is what matters to me."
This 12-week soldiership class takes place twice a year. It meets on Sunday mornings before the service from 9:15-10:15am. Childcare is available during this time with age-appropriate Sunday Small Groups.
After you have completed this class, you will have the opportunity to share a meal with the Officers (pastors) to complete your membership and become enrolled as a Soldier!
If you have questions or would like more information before signing up, contact our pastors, Captains Rich & Linnea Forney, at faithlife@krocquincy.org.
